We recommend wearing comfortable, breathable clothing, bringing a yoga mat, a water bottle, and a journal for reflection. If attending a retreat, a full packing list will be provided upon booking.
- Yoga Classes & Private Sessions: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
- Workshops & Retreats: Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the event. Late cancellations are non-refundable.
